TalentHub365 Social (“the app”) is provided by TalentHub365 (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@talenthub365.com.
The app processes your Instagram or TikTok export entirely in your browser. Your follower lists, categories, notes and flags are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. We require no sign-up and run no analytics scripts, no cookies and no advertising.
This data stays on your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. We have no copy and cannot recover it — use the app's backup feature.
drive.file) lets the app read only the specific files you
pick — never your wider Drive. The sign-in token is held in memory for the
open tab only and is never stored; the downloaded files are processed locally like any
other import and never pass through our servers. See
Google's privacy policy
for Google's own handling of your Drive and sign-in.
We use no analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising networks.
The app is designed for parents and guardians managing a young athlete's account, and for adults managing their own. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children — or, in practice, from anyone: the account data you analyse never reaches us.
Your Instagram export contains usernames of other people. That data is processed only on your device, under your control, for your personal use. You are responsible for handling it appropriately, particularly where it relates to minors.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over personal data we hold. In practice the only personal data we hold is transient server-log data. To exercise any right, or to complain, contact support@talenthub365.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
The app offers no public sign-up and no premium features, and for everyone without an account it handles no user data beyond what is described above. A small invite-only early-access programme exists: people we invite personally can sign in with Google to test upcoming features. For those testers only, Google's Firebase Authentication processes the Google account email address to identify them; we store no other account data, and their Instagram/TikTok data stays in their browser exactly as described above. Testers may optionally enable end-to-end encrypted sync: their data is encrypted in the browser with a passphrase only they know, and our database (Google Cloud Firestore) stores only the resulting ciphertext — we hold no key and cannot read it. Deleting the account removes the synced ciphertext. Signing in is impossible without an invite — the app shows no sign-in option to anyone else.
If account or sync features are ever offered publicly, they will require you to explicitly sign up and agree to their own clear terms and consent before any data is handled — and we will never add data handling of any kind for users who are not signed in. The local-only model described on this page remains the default for everyone. We'll update this page if anything changes; the date above reflects the current version.
