TalentHub365 Social (“the app”) is provided free of charge by TalentHub365. By using the app you agree to these terms. Contact: support@talenthub365.com.

What the app is

A browser-based tool that analyses data files you export yourself from Instagram or TikTok, to help you review and manage an account's network. All analysis happens on your device. The app never logs into your accounts, performs no actions on any platform, and automates nothing — every follow, unfollow or other action is taken by you, in the platform's own app or site, under your own account and responsibility.

Not affiliated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok

The app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. You are responsible for your own compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use and TikTok's Terms of Service.

Your responsibilities

Only import export files for accounts you own or are authorised to manage (for example, as the parent or guardian of a young account holder).
All decisions and actions you take on Instagram or TikTok — including follows, unfollows and cancelled requests — are yours. The app provides context, not instructions.
Handle exported data, which includes other people's usernames, responsibly.
Your data lives in your browser's local storage — keep backups using the app's backup feature. We cannot recover lost local data.

Optional early-access accounts and sync

A small invite-only early-access programme offers sign-in (with Google) and optional end-to-end encrypted cross-device sync. Sync data is encrypted in your browser with a passphrase only you know; we store only the resulting ciphertext and hold no key. You are responsible for remembering your passphrase — synced data cannot be recovered without it (local data and file backups are unaffected). Early-access features are experimental, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided with the same “as is” disclaimer as the rest of the app. Deleting your account removes your synced data from our systems.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Counts and comparisons reflect the export files you provide, which Instagram and TikTok generate and may change or limit at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentHub365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including any consequences for your accounts resulting from actions you take. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to misuse or disrupt the service, or misrepresent the app as performing automated account actions.

Changes to the service and terms

The app is under active development; features may change or be withdrawn. We may update these terms — the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
